SUMMARY
The Pharmacy E-Kit Data Analyst oversees the efficient and accurate management of inventory and support functions for the fulfillment of prescription orders in our pharmacy using automated E-Kit and manual E-Kit devices. As an E-Kit Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of medication processing with automation technology, inventory management, and process control within the E-Kit department of the MedWiz Pharmacy locations. This position works directly under the Demand Planner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. E-Kit Fulfillment
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
o Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and/or other tools
o Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other tools
o Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques
o Analyze and interpret data from MedWiz systems to support operational and financial decision-making
o Present findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
o Document data definitions, report logic, and business processes
o Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of all analytics outputs
o Review utilization of medications in facility specific E-Kits and rationalize, with support from clinical team, medication placement and quantities.
o Review usage trends by facility to determine and improve designs of E-Kits in addition to logistics mapping.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
· Stay updated on industry regulations, including state and federal pharmacy laws, and ensure compliance in all fulfillment activities.
· Help enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, such as the FDA and DEA.
