About the Role:
Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) care in emergency and non-emergency situations
Perform assessments, airway management, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, IV initiation, and more
Safely operate emergency vehicles
Communicate clearly with dispatch, hospital staff, and first responders
Complete accurate and timely documentation using ePCR systems
Work in a supportive, team-first environment committed to patient care and community service
What You’ll Need:
Current California Paramedic License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ambulance Driver Certificate (or ability to obtain)
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to perform under pressure
Willingness to work a variety of shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Physical ability to lift/move patients and equipment
Bonus Points If You Have:
911 response experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
