Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With a well-structured Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week, you’ll provide both direct and indirect therapy services—without additional duties like bus duty or parent pickup.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state
- Experience delivering therapy services in schools, preferably K-12 settings
- Strong understanding of IEPs and special education processes
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and varying needs
- Commitment to documentation and compliance standards
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver therapeutic interventions directly to students and consult with educational staff
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain thorough records
- Serve as a resource for school personnel about sensory and motor skills development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-focused planning
