Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting students' educational access and participation
- Flexibility and adaptability to serve students in-person during ESY sessions
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) during the ESY period
- Assess students’ skills and develop intervention strategies to enhance academic performance and functional independence
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for each student
- Support inclusive practices and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
