Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting students' educational access and participation
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve students in-person during ESY sessions

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) during the ESY period
• Assess students’ skills and develop intervention strategies to enhance academic performance and functional independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for each student
• Support inclusive practices and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
