Employment Solutions is seeking 10 2nd shift experienced Production Packaging Technicians for a vitamin and supplement manufacturing facility in Miramar that has been in business for 25 years.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure all batch documentation is completed accurately.
- Record and store all instructions properly.
- Maintain high GMP, housekeeping, and safety standards in the work area.
- Assist the Packaging Room Supervisor in verifying that all necessary processing components are present and released.
- Ensure all operations are carried out according to GMPs and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform periodic inspections of packaged products to ensure specifications are met.
- Assist in maintaining 100% accountability for components, product, and labeling materials.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Packaging Supervisor and/or Packaging Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good mathematical and counting skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to stay on task until all work is completed.
- Extensive material handling experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am
- $14.50 per hour
