Your Mission: Operations Support Champion & Rising

Leader

The Role: Provide comprehensive operational support to the entire operations department and

Director of Operations by assisting with franchisee training sessions, facility inspections, client

scheduling and follow-up, nighttime quality audits, and internal operations management—while

building your skills for future operations leadership roles.

and franchisees successful.

Franchisee Development Support - Participate in all unit franchisee training sessions and

contribute to their growth journey

Quality Assurance - Attend facility inspections and conduct periodic nighttime audits to

ensure excellence 24/7

Coordination Mastery - Handle scheduling and follow-up between operations managers

and clients with precision

Operations Management - Manage internal paperwork, inventory reports, and

administrative systems for the Director of Operations

Team Enablement - Support operations managers with diverse daily tasks and challenges as

What You Need to Dominate:

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) - essential for franchisee and client

communications

• 2+ years in operations, customer service, or administrative roles in service industries

• Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail

• Flexibility to conduct periodic nighttime inspections as needed

• Comfort with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and operational software

• Ability and desire to learn and use new technology quickly

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for facility visits

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to support diverse operational needs and wear multiple hats

Compensation

$15,000 - $25,000 + Commission
