As the face of a banking institution, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the branch, providing a welcoming and professional presence for all customers.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently (2 years of cash handling required).
- Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and financial services to help them meet their goals.
- Identify referral opportunities and meet sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle confidential financial matters with the utmost integrity and discretion.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling is required.
- Education: Associate's degree in business (or equivalent experience) OR a High School Diploma with 2+ years of sales/service experience.
- Digital Fluency: You are 'digitally savvy' and comfortable explaining mobile/online banking technology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a 'growth mindset.'
- Preferred: Prior experience in retail banking, branch operations, or the financial services industry.
