Traveling Front Desk / Reservations Agent – Summer Opportunity
Assignment: Summer Seasonal (Travel to New Jersey Required)
Position Overview
We are seeking Traveling Front Desk / Reservations Agents to support hotel operations in New Jersey. This role handles guest services, check-in/out, and reservation management while delivering high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Handle phone, online, and walk-in reservations
- Provide information on rates, availability, and hotel amenities
- Process payments and update reservation systems
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative tasks
Requirements
- Customer service experience in hospitality required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office; hotel systems like OPERA a plus)
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
