Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff workflow
- Manage scheduling, patient communications, and front desk processes
- Coordinate insurance verification, billing, and financial processes
- Lead and support office staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
- Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and policies
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement office policies and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
