About the Role:
META CARE is seeking a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Contract) to support our team on a project-by-project basis. This flexible role is ideal for a freelance designer looking to contribute to impactful healthcare initiatives while working remotely. You’ll collaborate with leadership to bring our vision to life through print and digital assets such as flyers, organizational charts, infographics, and other visual materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality marketing and internal communication materials, including but not limited to:
    • Flyers, one-pagers, and brochures
    • Organizational charts and workflow diagrams
    • Social media and web graphics
    • Visual assets for presentations or reports
  • Translate brand guidelines and content into clean, consistent visuals
  • Collaborate with leadership on project requirements, timelines, and revisions
  • Deliver design projects on deadline with attention to detail and brand alignment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a freelance or contract graphic designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (must include flyers and charts)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects independently
  • Ability to work on an as-needed, ad hoc basis
  • Experience in healthcare or tech is a plus, but not required
