<li>Experience in landscape project management, construction management, or related field</li>
<li>Prior experience managing crews and job sites</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation, grading, drainage, hardscaping, and planting techniques</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and construction drawings</li>
<li>Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Must have OSHA 10 or 30 or be willing to get it</li>
</ul>
