YOUR DAY AS OUR FULL- OR PART-TIME INFANT TEACHER:
As our full- or part-time Infant Teacher, you spend your weekdays (Monday – Friday) immersed in a warm and welcoming environment where every coo, smile, and milestone matters. You create a safe, loving space for infants ages 6 weeks to 13 months, thoughtfully following individualized schedules for feeding, diapering, and rest. Throughout the day, you engage little ones with age-appropriate activities that nurture their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth, all while keeping your classroom tidy, organized, and safe. You form strong connections with families, sharing updates on each child's progress and daily routines, and you collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure every infant receives exceptional care. Every day, you leave knowing you've made a difference in the earliest chapter of a child's life.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 16+ years old
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and care for infants safely
- Experience in early childhood education or caring for infants is preferred
- A CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) is preferred
