Hours & Schedule
- Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and be available on call for after hour emergencies
- $40.00-$41.20/hour
Job Description
- Troubleshooting, repair, inspection and recording of facilities equipment including but not limited to heating water systems, steam systems, freshwater systems, drainage systems, and sewer systems.
- Sources and prices repair supplies and schedules repairs.
- Plans installations and repairs by studying blueprints and work sketches to determine material requirements along with cost of supplies.
- Assists in training and working with other maintenance technicians.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
- Active Driver's License, required.
- First Aid Certification is required.
- Master Plumber's License.
- Three (3) years minimum experience as a Master Plumber.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
