What Youll Do
- Conduct assessments, create/implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
- Deliver therapy to children (10+), teens, couples, and families
- Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients meet goals
- Build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
- Collaborate with a supportive team and represent Ellie in the community
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LP)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and case notes
- Bonus points for experience with children, teens, or couplesand for bringing a sense of humor
The Details
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 sessions/week for full-time
- Some evening and/or Saturday availability required (flexible times)
- Regular 1:1 meetings with our Clinical Director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development
