Set-Up Operator III

Location: Las Piedras, PR

Post-Training Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $13.50/hr

Job Description:
The Set-Up Operator III will be responsible for the operation and configuration of automatic and complex machines in the LIGHTSPEED department. This highly mechanical and technical role requires working with automated machinery, interpreting specifications, and inspecting parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and configure automatic and complex machines.
• Make, interpret, and apply specifications for manufacturing processes.
• Inspect parts in accordance with established guides and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Technical Degree in Mechanics, Tooling, or Electro-Mechanics.
• Education: High school diploma ( Set up operator II)
• Experience:
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in related manufacturing work (set-up), including pneumatic and mechanical equipment if holding a technical degree.
• If a technical degree is not held, a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience is required.
