We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across key channels (LinkedIn, Twitter), including content scheduling, community engagement, and reporting.
  • Update and maintain website content using our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop content for the company blog, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  • Pull and organize data from various marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media analytics) to help prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Provide support for virtual and in-person events, including promotional activities and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships included).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business (especially LinkedIn).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or another marketing automation tool), and Canva.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
