In this role, you will…
• Support the full cycle of planning, logistical coordination, on-site execution, and breakdown of all organizational meetings and events.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to manage timelines, materials, catering, attendee flow, and day-of adjustments.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot event software and conference room technology, serving as technical support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings.
