Position:Licensed Install Plumber
Typical Work Hours: Monday Friday
Compensation: $40-$50 p/h DOE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute sold work per the signed estimate for multi day jobs
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Perform a walkthrough with the customer to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the scope of work that will be performed prior to starting the work.
- If needed, perform walkthrough with selling technician prior to job beginning.
- Executes high quality work with minimal callbacks. Quality assurance on all jobs is mandatory.
- Utilizes Service Titan fully: material usage accuracy, before and after pictures, final signatures and payment collected, scope of work listed on invoice matches the scope of work performed.
- Completes scope of work within the designated time frame.
- Walkthrough with customer at the completion of the job.
- Provides every customer with 5-star service.
- Communicates well with Dispatch daily on status of job.
- Must have tools to perform plumbing jobs

Job Requirements
- Valid PL01 PL02 with WA L&I
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance purposes.
Physical Requirements
- Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting, and carrying.
- Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, indoors and outdoors
- Potential exposure to extreme temperatures
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
