Job Description

Job Description

JJC Industries is hiring a high-level Machinist who can produce precision parts with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone who understands machining deeply, works fast, and delivers consistent quality.

You will be working on critical industrial components used in corrugated printing systems, where accuracy and reliability matter.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who knows what they’re doing without constant guidance
  • Strong sense of precision, speed, and accountability
  • Comfortable working with tight tolerances and real production deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manual and/or CNC machines (lathe, mill).
  • Machine precision parts in steel, aluminum, and alloys.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Hold tight tolerances consistently.
  • Inspect and verify parts before completion.
  • Support repairs and modifications of existing components.
  • Keep a clean, efficient workspace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of machining experience (manual and/or CNC).
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and measure accurately.
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, and precision tools.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on the floor.
  • Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have (Plus)

  • Experience with industrial machinery components.
  • Basic welding or fabrication skills.
  • Experience repairing or modifying parts (not just production).

Compensation

  • $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
  • Steady, long-term work
  • Growth opportunity within a specialized industrial company

Why This Role Is Different

  • You will work on real industrial components, not repetitive low-skill production
  • High ownership — your work directly impacts the final product
  • Small, focused team — no bureaucracy

Apply If

You are confident in your machining skills and want to work in a role where quality and performance actually matter.
