Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for a part-time role? We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team! In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting the Human Resources Department and contributing to a variety of activities that ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Alphabetize, file, and organize documents and resources.
- Conduct file audits to ensure documents are chronological and manage file archiving and retention processes.
- Assist in preparing new hire packets, exit packets, and orientation binders.
- Maintain and organize HR files, public drive folders, and SharePoint sites.
- Support wellness program initiatives, including inventory tracking and event coordination.
- Aid in recruitment tasks, such as assembling interview folders and researching training courses.
- Manage email correspondence and answer basic team member inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and general office tasks.
- Perform additional administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in office administration or clerical work preferred. Experience in Human Resources is highly preferred as well.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.
