Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care in patients’ homes.

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and ensure effective treatment.

• Educate and support patients and their families on health management.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.

• Previous home health or related experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
