Payrate: $30-35/hour, depending on experience
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze blueprints and project specifications to understand scope and requirements.
- Use roofing estimation software (e.g., Roofr, Xactimate, iRoofing) to calculate quantities and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Clearly communicate estimates and project details to clients and internal teams.
- Prior roofing or construction estimating experience preferred; strong math and blueprint reading skills required.
