Kindred Treatment Center is a growing outpatient behavioral health center with locations in Carroll County (Manchester and Hampstead), Maryland. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and substance use treatment in a warm, client-centered environment. We’re looking for licensed and license-eligible clinicians who want high-quality work and genuine work-life balance — the flexibility of private practice with the collaboration and support of a multidisciplinary team.

We offer w-2 Full-Time and Part-Time positions with a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days telehealth)

What You’ll Do

- Provide therapy to clients with a range of behavioral health concerns
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and psychiatric team

Active Maryland licensure or license-eligible: LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, or ADT
