Job Description
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator receives and ships all items through ERP for the GMI facility. They help manage and monitor inventory and provide production support.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Daily receipt of material for production
- Ship product and maintain packing slips in the ERP system
- Inventory support for assembly and parts processing
- Stock inventory of finished goods
- Drive deliveries as needed
- Label product
- Inventory cycle count
- Operate forklift and pallet jack
- Manage reorder sheets
- Generate flow charts for international shipping
- Mentor/train material handlers
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years experience in warehouse environment shipping and receiving goods
- US Persons and FFL compliant
- MS Office, ERP experience
- Forklift
- Must be a licensed driver and insurable
- Ability to prioritize and multitask work
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within a manufacturing environment
Physical Demands
80% walking
Able to be insurable for driving
Lifting up to 40lbs.
