Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented HCM Training Specialist to support statewide HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition and performance management. The role involves delivering training, supporting Workday (GA@WORK) adoption, and improving HR processes through data and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in-person training on Workday (GA@WORK)
• Train recruiters on hiring best practices and system usage
• Analyze HR data and create reports/presentations
• Update training materials and course content
• Support LMS administration and user requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders across agencies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of training delivery (virtual/in-person)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to learn and apply HR technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM modules
• HRIS training or system administration experience
