Join our team as an Electrician Assistant where you will play a vital role in assisting with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. You will support licensed electricians in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems while learning and adhering to safety procedures and electrical codes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support licensed electricians in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Learn and follow safety procedures and electrical codes.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction, if applicable.
Essential Skills
- Electrical knowledge.
- Experience in construction, wiring, and conduit.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
