HIGHLY ENGAGING SALES BDC CONSULTANT WANTED

We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven BDC Consultant who can dominate the phones, connect with customers fast, and keep the showroom busy. You’ll be the first impression of the dealership — and the voice that sets the tone for every sale that follows.
This role isn’t about dialing numbers. It’s about creating opportunity with every call, text, and email.
What You’ll Do
- Crush inbound and outbound calls to set quality sales appointments.
- Turn internet leads into actual buyers — not just “interested.”
- Follow up relentlessly with no-shows, warm leads, and unsold customers.
- Keep the CRM spotless — every lead logged, every note detailed, every follow-up on time.
- Stay in sync with the sales team so appointments turn into deliveries.
- Respond instantly to online inquiries (speed wins).
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment and conversion goals.
