- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals
- Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

- 10+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in a commercial GC setting
- Experience working on hard-bid projects
- Experience managing fast paced tenant improvement/renovation projects
- Proven success managing multiple clients and projects at a time
- Construction related degree strongly preferred

Our client is a reputable commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 100 years. They work across a wide range of commercial sectors. Right now they are rebooting their special projects division which handles their Tenant Improvement and Renovation projects across all sectors - typically these projects are between $500k - $7M in value. The special projects team will be responsible for running faster-paced/smaller projects within the company, managing multiple clients at once.

- Base salary up to $150k (depending on experience)
