Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will be integral in ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse and yard. You'll be responsible for pulling and prepping orders for shipment, utilizing heavy-duty forklifts, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a morning huddle to discuss daily goals.
- Pull and prep orders for shipment, including urgent orders from the sales team.
- Operate heavy-duty 8-10,000 lb forklifts to pull orders.
- Restock parts as needed.
- Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse or yard.
- Power wash equipment with a 2500 psi washer as part of order preparation.
- Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom ordered equipment.
Essential Skills
- At least 3 years of forklift experience.
- Experience safely loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
- Ability to conduct daily checklists to ensure forklift functionality.
Work Environment
This role involves working in both the warehouse and open-air environments. Our team consists of four people in the warehouse, with a total company size of ten. The shift pattern is four 10-11 hour shifts per week, with each team member having a different weekday off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OILVILLE, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
