Core Duties and Responsibilities are:
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and filter tenants and vendors professionally
- Communication Routing: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Inquiry Resolution: Provide accurate information in person, via email, or over the phone
- Mail Administration: Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming letters, packages, and courier deliveries
- Calendar Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage bookings for the conference room
- Inventory Control: Track and order office and kitchen supplies to prevent low-stock situations
- Area Maintenance: Keep the reception, lobby, and meeting rooms tidy and fully stocked
- Clerical Support: Perform data entry, scan records, file documents, and trans-filing
- Additional: Provide administrative support for special departmental projects during peak periods
