Our Med Device client is hiring a new Production Manager to join their team! This is a permanent, direct hire role.
salary range is $110,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage production goals while fostering a highly motivated and effective production environment
- Develop and manage training programs for all production processes
- Optimize product handling, workflow, and line balance
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Supply Chain to establish production and capacity plans
- Manage and communicate key production performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a production environment (medical device experience required)
- 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Proven success leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
