The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout every stage of their trips journey. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from the initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about trips, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist clients with luxury and leisure trips bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations
- Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
- Proactively follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure a positive travel experience
- Address client questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology, booking systems, and digital communication tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
- Genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences
