JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full-time talented Vehicle and Equipment Project Manager to work in a unique and dynamic environment.
Location: Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA

Scope: The PM is a key person that is overall responsible for the entire project and must have experience and qualifications to meet the work requirements of the performance work statement. The PM will serve as the single voice and all project activities. The PM will have the authority to commit the Contractor in all matters related to
contract. Responsible for coordinating, formulating, disseminating, recommending and performing
all task requirements issued by the Government. Responsible for overall maintenance documentation and
must be able to coordinate with vehicle manufacturers for warranty work and obtain original equipment
manufacturer (OEM) repair parts as required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
skills, must be capable of interacting effectively with the COR, the Contracting Officer, and other technical and
management personnel and must be able to understand and respond to their concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing personnel
- Must have managed a preventive maintenance program.
- Must have managed a staff that reflects the ability, capacity of performing preventative maintenance to manage a variety of skilled technicians.
- Possess a valid driving license
- Must obtain a favorable trustworthy determination security check.
- Pass Pre-employment drug testing
- Must be Flexible
Contingency Situations:
Be able to respond to certain after hours work i.e. (additional workload, natural disasters, military peacetime and wartime contingency operations/exercises, serious accidents, civil disturbances, major mobilization, or repatriation of non-combatants) may necessitate the Contractor be flexible in arranging different levels of support which may include overtime work.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Work is normally performed in office, garage, outside and warehouse environments. Completely understand and be physically capable of performing all aspects of the mission.
- Must be capable of working in an outside environment, exposed to heat, dust, inclement weather, primarily standing on hard surfaces for up to 8 hours in a workday.
- Frequent, bending, turning, or moving hands, arms, feet, and legs to operate hand and foot controls while driving, raising, lowering, and tilting forklift trucks.
