The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating and managing client relationships, and helping clients navigate the world of insurance products and services. Whether you’re just starting out or have advanced experience in insurance sales, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally and play a key role in the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Client Consultation: Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including life, health, auto, and property insurance products.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for policy upgrades or adjustments.
Policy Recommendations: Educate clients on various insurance products, their coverage options, and potential benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Quoting & Proposals: Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to potential clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of the policies.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and other essential documentation using Salesforce systems.
Meet Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to effectively serve clients and remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
Entry-Level: No prior experience required (some sales or customer service background preferred).
Advanced-Level: Proven track record of success in insurance sales with 1 year or more of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
License Requirements: State-specific insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one within a specified period).
