Job Description
Job DescriptionNot your average childcare gig.
Coral Cove Childcare Center sits inside the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium — Utah's fifth largest aquarium — and we're looking for a Toddler Teacher who's ready to bring their whole heart to the most unique early childhood setting in the state.
Why Coral Cove?
- You'll work where families wish they could play. An aquarium campus isn't just a cool backdrop — it makes the work feel alive in a way that's hard to describe until you're here.
- Leadership that invests in you. We're a team that coaches, mentors, and genuinely supports the people doing this important work.
- Curriculum that guides and empowers you. Frog Street, Pyramid Model, and more — tools that work, with people who'll help you use them well.
- Professional development built in. We believe great teachers grow. We make that possible.
What You'll Do:
- Care for and educate toddlers ages 18–36 months in a warm, structured environment
- Implement intentional, play-based routines that support language and social-emotional growth
- Build trusting, consistent relationships with both children and families
- Be a positive, energetic presence on a team that truly cares
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with toddlers in a childcare or classroom setting
- Patient, playful, and resilient — toddlers are your jam
- Collaborative team player who communicates openly
- CDA, ECE background, or interest in growing professionally
