Description
Design and execution of experiments to evaluate and characterize novel formulations/processes & components, delivery technologies & analytical tools in support of Lipid Nanoparticles for diverse modalities including mRNA-based therapeutics Perform robust and effective experimentation for formulation, characterize and evaluate stability of Lipid Nanoparticles Design and execute process development and scale-up activities to support pre-clinical studies Provide technical representation in cross functional meetings Execute creation and implementation of project plans supported by strong scientific rationales and technical approaches, while cognizant of project priorities, milestone deliverables (e.g. memos, reports) and timelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering (or related subject area) with 0-3 years or BS/MS with 8-10+ years of relevant industry working experience. Experience working on Lipid Nanoparticles, formulation and characterization of diverse modalities (including mAbs, fusion proteins, RNA modalities) is preferred. Solid understanding of formulation, analytical characterization and drug delivery fundamentals is desired. Strong scientific and organization skills with ability to lead projects independently as well as work efficiently within a team. Consistent record to think creatively and acquire solutions to sophisticated and diverse problems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
