Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily shop floor operations and production activities.
• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor personnel, ensuring performance standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• Manage and coordinate the workflow, scheduling, and allocation of resources and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, maintenance, quality assurance) to optimize processes.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with production scheduling, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean manufacturing principles and implementation experience
• - Forklift certification and safe operation knowledge
• - Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and production tracking
• - First Aid and CPR certification
