Job Description
We are currently looking to find a Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper for multiple Subway franchise restaurants. This job has a flexible work schedule Full time and/or part time and competitive pay based on experience. 
 
Key Responsibilities Include:
 
<ul>
<li>Data Entry: Record daily transactions into Quickbooks</li>
<li>Accounts Payable: Pay our business bills on time and accurately</li>
<li>Reconciliation: Match our bank and credit card statements to our financial records to ensure they are correct.</li>
<li>Payroll: Process Bi-weekly payroll for our team using a payroll service.</li>
<li>Reporting: Simple weekly and monthly financial statements, P&amp;L and Balance Sheets</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
 
<ul>
<li>Experience: 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience</li>
<li>Software Skills: Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Great Organization Skills and a sharp eye for details.</li>
</ul>
