Job Summary
This is a hands‑on machine operating role in a cleanroom/controlled environment, working Monday–Friday with optional overtime. You’ll be setting up and running cutting equipment, monitoring product quality, keeping accurate production records, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This is a contract‑to‑hire position with openings on multiple shifts.
Pay is $19–$21/hr depending on shift.

Located in New Miami, OH
What you’ll Do
• Set up machines: mount blades, adjust guides, and set speeds/pressures
• Load raw materials (bar stock, sheet, tube) and sort finished parts
• Measure parts with calipers/rulers and check against drawings/specs
• Monitor machines during operation, clear jams, and make minor adjustments
• Perform basic maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, blade changes
• Remove full crates of finished product and label correctly
• Maintain accurate production records — raw materials used & finished goods
• Identify material shortages or incorrect quantities
• Keep your work area clean and remove unused tooling
• Ensure all first‑piece product is approved by Quality Manager
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and ADS Core Values
Skills Needed
• Manufacturing or machine‑operation experience
• Ability to read basic measurements (calipers, rulers)
• Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a cleanroom/GMP environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
