Job DescriptionPharmacy Technician Location: On-Site, Harrisburg, PA 17109 (Lower Paxton Township/East Suburban Metro Area) Hours: Shift: Rotating Daylight and Evening Shifts Status: Full-Time/Permanent - Direct Hire as an employee of the Company with access to full benefits
New Hire Starting Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
After-Hire Earning Potential: Your compensation grows as you do. The Company offers incremental, performance-based pay increases tied to job experience and technical proficiency. While initial offers are based on current experience, successful team members have the opportunity to reach an earning ceiling of $30.00 per hour through the internal advancement structure.We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join a premier healthcare team in a Pharmacy Technician capacity. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet one of the following educational or professional milestones:
- Higher Education & Experience: A minimum of an associate degree coupled with previous related experience within a healthcare setting.
- Formal Certification: Successful completion of a formal pharmacy technician certificate program.
- Pharmacy Students: Completion of one full year of education at an accredited school of pharmacy and current enrollment in a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program.
