Job Summary&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Follow all safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed</li>
<li>Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters</li>
<li>Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware</li>
<li>Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals</li>
<li>Must start at office and finish the day at the office.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience as a LEAD Carpenter is a MUST</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements</li>
<li>Ability to read and take action&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of building regulations and codes</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects</li>
<li>Valid Drivers License</li>
<li>Basic Tools</li>
