Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare facility in Kings Bay, GA, is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician with experience in CT and X-Ray imaging. This contract position offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with additional call hours on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and X-Ray procedures, which may include fluoroscopy and OR imaging support
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to provide timely diagnostic imaging services
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CT and X-Ray imaging; CT credential not required with significant CT experience
- Knowledge of fluoroscopy and operating room imaging preferred
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexible hours, including call shifts
