Our client is an AI-powered software company. They seek a temp AP/AR Associate to join their remote team.
Responsibilities
- Process AP and AR transactions accurately and on time
- Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts
- Prepare and process payment runs (ACH, EFT, wire, and checks)
- Monitor AP/AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist with process improvements and other finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant AR and AP experience required
- Strong AR skills required
- SaaS/Software/Tech Industry
- Excellent communication skills
