Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Health RN for a full-time contract in Spokane Valley, WA. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home care to adult and geriatric patients, supporting their independence and overall health while collaborating with a trusted national home health agency.
Job Details:
- Location: Spokane Valley, WA, and surrounding areas

- Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Hours: Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
- Duration: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- On Call: Typically, one weekend per month
- Productivity: 30-32 per week, up to 35 visits per week
- Mileage: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
- Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable with clientbased on experience and territory budget, paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay

Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior agency home health experience is essential
- Software: Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required
- Licensure: Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN)License
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
