Position Description:


As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for leading plumbing projects, ensuring code, compliance, and workmanship are adhered to. You will be supervising apprentices, journeymen, and or our demo crew to ensure projects are completed timely and to customer expectations. Flexible schedule required, some projects will be performed overnight and on weekends.


Requirements:

Key Responsibilities;

  • Perform and oversee installations, repairs, and upgrades of plumbing systems
  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layouts for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
  • Ensure all work complies with local, and state plumbing codes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Ensure all necessary plumbing permits are obtained from the appropriate local authorities prior to beginning any plumbing work, in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

Qualifications;

  • Active Connecticut Master Plumber License (P-1 required).
  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
