Join our team on the production floor, where you will perform mechanical assembly and deburring of plastic parts used in airplanes. You will work off work orders and document all findings. The role involves repetitive tasks, and you should be comfortable standing or sitting throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly and deburring of plastic parts.
- Assemble plastic parts used in airplanes.
- Work from work orders and accurately document all findings.
- Conduct repetitive tasks while standing or sitting as needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience with hand tools.
- Mechanical assembly experience, preferably 1-2 years.
- Ability to work with small parts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ months of mechanical or medical assembly experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with clean workbenches. Join a team of about 7 assemblers, where most workstations offer chairs, although some areas will require standing for periods throughout the shift. Enjoy a casual dress code, requiring a nice shirt with no offensive language or pictures, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. The position is for the 1st shift, operating from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
