Job Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for construction material testing projects

Oversee multiple laboratories and ensure operational efficiency

Manage and supervise engineers, technicians, and support staff

Plan and coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Identify and pursue business development opportunities

Manage financial aspects of projects including budgeting and resources

Review and approve technical reports and documentation
Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction material testing
-
Professional Engineer license required
-
Strong experience in project management and team leadership

Knowledge of geotechnical and material testing practices

Strong communication and client management skills
