Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a school psychologist
- Demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessments, IEPs, and intervention strategies
- Experience providing services in a school or educational setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a flexible part-time schedule of 20 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Participate in IEP meetings, helping to develop appropriate educational plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed
- Maintain proper documentation in accordance with school and state policies
