Grand Rapids, MI
3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday
Overtime available as needed
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions, prints, and schematics
- Perform wiring, fastening, and sub-assembly of control panels and related products
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate issues or improvement ideas to supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (electrical assembly a plus)
- Ability to read basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, or work instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and positive team-oriented attitude
