Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! With five immediate opportunities, you’ll work with young learners to help them find their voices and build vital communication skills. This full-time, in-person position runs from July 27, 2026, to June 9, 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 6.5 hours per day (32.5 hours weekly) across 180 work days. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, making a direct impact in an elementary school setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY qualifications welcome
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (if not already credentialed)
• COC (Certificate of Clearance) posted on the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing website
• Successful TB and Livescan background clearance (district-specific form required)
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in elementary educational environments
• Empathy, patience, and dedication to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Work closely with educators, school staff, and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate therapy records and reports per state and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture
